When you feel disappointed over something that actually has already over, it's ok
When you feel tired that you actually need to be strong, it's ok
When you stay feeling sad that you actually have tried many things to cheer yourself up, it's ok
When you keep feeling hurt, that you actually really want to forgive and forget, it's ok
Nothing is wrong with you
So does people around you
Just sometimes, thing doesn't go as we have expected
Nothing in you is broken
You're still beautiful, you're still important
Even when you've tried to change yourself
When you have tried to make yourself happy
However, the feeling you pressume negatively, is inside you, still
you mad to yourself, still
You let yourself down, still
It's ok
There is nothing wrong about it
Yourself is still true, your feeling is still valid
And you're allowed to feel disappointed, feel sad, mad, jealous, hurt, and any kind of feeling you currently feel
And there's nothing wrong with that
Let yourself feel what's indeed you're feeling, and be true about it
And accept it
Take your time
Without forcefully change your feeling
Take your time
It's ok
